3. After the enrollment period has closed, a semester invoice is generated and financial aid awards calculated for those with a FAFSA on file. See important notes below about the FAFSA and schedule revision after the enrollment period.

Higher Vision and Online Program Students:

1. Download your enrollment materials, DCP worksheet (degree completion worksheet ) and student degree audit from Populi. Compare to determine what course requirements are incomplete. Your enrollment materials are issued to you via email at the beginning of your enrollment period.

3. After courses are added and charges posted to your account, an Enrollment Agreement Form is generated and issued to you via DocuSign. Complete this form and work with the Business and Financial AId Office to arrangement payment for the upcoming semester.

4. After the enrollment period has closed, a semester invoice is generated and financial aid awards calculated for those with a FAFSA on file. See important notes below about the FAFSA and schedule revision after the enrollment period.

Important Notes:

  • Students may continue to register for courses and make schedule changes in Populi during their enrollment period. Once the enrollment period closes,  changes can only be made during the late enrolllment period, or first week of class, whichever is later.

  • Students should contact their advisor with questions about course selection. Visit the Learning Program page on our website to download degree completion plan worksheets. Your advisor will provide the degree completion sequence, based on the school's strategic course offering plan.

  • An emailed or faxed enrollment form must include your original signature/initials to be considered valid. Enrollment agreements are required by the US Department of Education and Messenger College for each semester of enrollment, and may be issued electronically.

  • Higher Vision students are required to review and acknowledge the receipt of their program Performance Fact Sheet, and Student's Rigth to Cancel notice prior to enrollment.

  • Schedule Revision and Refund Policies are outlined in the  Academic Catalog, and published on the enrollment agreement. Please review these policies, and the tuition refund policy prior to enrollment, or signing of the enrollment agreement form.

  • It is important that returning and new students complete their FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) prior to fall enrollment. Visit www.fafsa.gov for more information. You may also contact our Office of Financial Aid team at 817.554.5950 ext 104.
